BzzAgent

I came across a word-of-mouth marketing company called BzzAgent.. I decided to join their campaign for Afrin PureSea Nasal Rinse. Basically, they send you the product, promotional material, and coupons to distribute to family and friends. In return I have been testing the product and creating Bzz. It is really a neat marketing concept. I have been using the product and it's works really well. I use it when I wake up in the morning. I usually wake up with a stuffy nose and this alleviates it. The product took a few tries to get it right, but you position it in one nostril with your head tilting the opposite way and it drains everything from your other nostril. Then you repeat it on the other side. Afrin PureSea is made from sea water from the Bay of Saint-Malo in France. So I have been breathing more clearly and it leaves like a gentle tingly feeling of ocean water in your nose.

Sunday Morning Grocery Routine

Sundays have become my grocery day. I wake up early. I start my grocery list by first making my menu for the week. Setting up a menu has been so beneficial and time saving for me. I never have to wonder what I will cook for the week or what I should defrost in the morning. I plan my menu by first taking any requests from my family. My husband tends to request the same meal. It's a Cuban dish called Picadillo which is delicious. Then I begin to flip through my cook books and recipes. It is rather enjoyable to plan out meals. Then from there I check the ingredient lists and jot down which ones I will need. After my grocery list is complete, I begin my online search for relevant coupons. This is how I spend my Sunday mornings.
