Rubbermaid Giveaway

Confessions of a Psychotic Housewife is having a giveaway for a 20 peice set of Rubbermaid Easy to Find Lids set. Although my problem does not seem to be as bad as Storm's.

My problem is not necessarily the mess, but my husband the container stealer. I am not sure what he manages to do with them, but they never make is home from work. I have to investigate in his car once a week and search for container evidence. I even interrogate him as to the containers whereabouts. My containers go Missing In Action. My other problem is missing lids? Hello..but why do I have a container and no lid and sometimes vice versa. I have no clue either.

Camilo's First Time at the Beach

Saturday Fun

We decided to play outside at the beach in our backyard. We thought about going Mini Golfing, but the beach sounded much better and it's FREE!!! Plus it was no doubt that we had all gotten very pale and needed some sun. All we needed to do was load the stroller with our essentials: towels, water, sunblock, baby bottle, camera, and a beach chair. Then we just headed down the hill to the beach we have in our backyard.

As a Mommy I am always looking for the best products for my son. Products that will keep my baby happy, healthy and safe. I had the pleasure of reviewing a Bath Luve for my son, Camilo. We tried out the Duck Bath Luve. After trying out the Duch Bath Luve, we are more than convinced this is such a great product that every new mommy needs.

Amy Seckinger created the Bath Luve as a solution to her newborn baby's chilly bath. She created a cloth covering that keeps the baby warm during bath time. The cloth covers the baby's chest, stomach, and private parts. It helps soothe the baby and makes bath time a more enjoyable and pleasantly calming experience for both Mommy and child. For a newborn baby, it very much mimics the womb and calms and relaxes the baby before bedtime.


Camilo, my 6 month old son, got to try out a Bath Luve for himself. I really wish I knew about this product so much sooner. It would of made those first time baths a little easier. Nevertheless, he is happy with his Bath Luve now. It has kept him warm during bath time. He also enjoys chewing on it to soothe his gums during teething. It is made of 100% cotton so he can chew away. I love that it is Machine Washable.

The Bath Luve can be purchased through the website for only $6.99. They come in either a Duck, Fish, or Frog Style. I recommend buying a few of them to rotate in during bath time. Also, you want to make sure you always have one available even on laundry days when yur other ones are washing.

Avery is such a good sister to her little brother. She offers to play with him. What a sweetie. Camilo has some very wild hair on him lately. We are waiting to get his hair cut for the first time at the Barber Shop in Magic Kingdom on Mainstreet. It is a notorious spot for Baby's First Haircuts. We have about 2 more months to go. Wohoo!! Vacation here we come.

Camilo & His Bath Luve

Camilo got to try out his Bath Luve for the first time today. I was so excited to try it out on him and see how he would react. I dipped the Ducky Bath Luve in warm water and covered him with it. He was immediately in a bathtime trance. Finally, I was able to get a smile out of him. He was so calm and cool in the shower. He could not be bothered.

He even used the Bath Luve as a teething toy. I had no problem with that. He usually tries to suck on the washcloth, but it is too soapy and I won't let him. He enjoyed sucking on the terry cloth material.

I loved the Bath Luve and highly recommend it. It is very inexpensive only $6.99!
